Workout

Hi Guys,
I have a question if you guys can help me out here. I am 21 years old and i just started to work out. I started out with the treadmill. I weight 151. I run on the treadmill for like 30 minutes. I can actually run for like 6-7 minutes on a 5.0 speed and then do a little walk at 3.0 and then jog again untill i reach the 30 minutes mark. My legs are hurting. I dont know if its suppose to hurt or is it serious. I have been running for like a week now. I run every day. So what do u guys recommend. Should i continue or not. Am i going on a good pace and doing for a good amount of time. My main goal is to just lose weight.

explain the pain, is it sore muscles? if so then take 1-2days off max. if it is knee joints then find an alternate cardio workout like swimming.
 
well i feel pain in the lower back muscles of my legs, i feel like i m tired, i dont think i feel pain in the knees. basically its pain all over my legs. what do u recommend here??
 
i think its just a muscular problem, just take it easy for a few days and let your msucles heal. It should be better after that. If the problem persists or starts to hurt in the joints i would say see a doctor
