Workout tips

I'm looking for some exercises to do.I just started working out and i'm looking to get in shape. Currently I lift 10 pound dumbells since im not sure what else I can do. I am 13 years old 5"6-5"7 and 116 lbs. If you give me exercises can you explain how to do them sorry i'm new to this.
 
i suggest sports, running, and just being active. in my opinion you're a little young to start lifting..
