Workout system

Hi,

My workout equipment looks like this: (just in case you're interested)

Included in the price of the equipment was a free consultation with a personal trainer. He reccomended I do three sets of 12-15 reps.

I'm wondering if this is the best system for me? I'm 18 and have been working out regularly for, I think, six to eight weeks.

Any tips would be much appreciated.
 
There are a lot of factors to consider whether it is the right workout system for you.

A better question would be, what makes you think it's not a good system for you?

Bob,

The best way to lift is to do what makes your body feel like its working its hardest. There have been professional bodybuilders who swore by 5 sets of 4 - 6 reps, and others who swore by 3 sets 12 - 15 reps.

When you're lifting, play with it. Choose the rep/weight that makes your muslces feel swollen, and pumped.

Geoff, nothing makes me thing my system doesn't work, I was just wondering if there was a better one.
