Honestly, I have no idea what I am doing though.
I know I want to work my abs, and arms. And with that comes back workouts, is there any problem with a routine with those things, or do I have to do other things to make sure no part of my body is damaged.
Routine:
run everyday
3-4 days:
200 Cruches
~25 reverse crunches
65 Pushups
60 one arm lift things, each arm.
