Workout Schedule...

I need to model after someone who knows what they are doing...I need a schedule to be exact.

What works for one person won't necessarily work for another.You need to find out what works for you through trial and error. And your training must be based upon your individual level of strength and conditioning, not someone else's.
 
Honestly, I have no idea what I am doing though.

I know I want to work my abs, and arms. And with that comes back workouts, is there any problem with a routine with those things, or do I have to do other things to make sure no part of my body is damaged.

Routine:

run everyday

3-4 days:

200 Cruches
~25 reverse crunches
65 Pushups
60 one arm lift things, each arm.
 
No matter what your goals are, you need a balanced routine that hits all the muscle groups in your body.Do a search for full-body routines on this site and you will probably come up with quite a few generalized routines you can use.
