workout routine

I've recently added squats to my training, and I was wondering what you guys thought about it:

3x10 squats
3x10 bench press
3x10 dips
3x10 bent over rows
3x10 pull ups/ lat pulldowns
maybe some isolations

I was looking for one horizontal push, one horizontal pull, one vertical push and one vertical pull. Any additions, subtractions, or comments would be much appreciated. thanks

you do that 3 times per week? IMO, 4 upper body compounds are a bit much. Doing both vertical and horizontal push and pull can be tough 3 times a week. Besides, it makes no sence having 4 upper body exercises, but only one lower. Id rather alternate horizontal and vertical push and pull and do two lower body movements and one upper body push and one upper body pull.

ok sounds good I'll try that out thanks. what is another lower body exercise that complements squats well?

well, first of all id do deadlifts too. But dont do deadlifts AND squats, they are both very taxing, id alternate, one day do deadlifts and the other day do squats. On the day you do deadlifts do some bulgarian squats as the second leg exercise, and the day you do squats, RDLs as the second leg exercise, but just do 2 sets of the second leg exercise.
