Workout Routine

Hello guys, this is my second post and I have a very inportant question. I am going to be a sophmore and i'm like 5'5 and 110lbs. Yeah, pretty small and not too good with the chicks lol. I really need to bulk up or at least look better. I just started my routine and it goes like this:
Monday - Chest/Triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Abs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Biceps/Back
Saturday - Boxing Bag (Mainly to get stamina up)
Sunday - Rest

And then repeat every week. I've heard that if you over work your muscles then they don't grow and its not good for them. So for me is this a good workout routine or do you have any other suggestions? I apreciate it so much guys. See ya!
 
I think that might lead to overtraining. It might work for a while.. but you might find that after a month or so, you are drained and stop making progress. That is just a possibility. I dont know your body type so its hard to say. If you are a thin person (ectomorph) this will likely not be a good program for you.
I would put it down to 3 days of training
mon:chest/tri
wed:legs
fri:back/bi
abs, when you want (2-3 times per week MAX)
