Workout routine without a weight bench?

Im trying to figure out what else i can do besides barcurls for the biceps and benchpress's cause i dont have a weight bench. There's no way to work out your legs without one is there? There's probably alot of other stuff i cant do right now without one to but im geting one next month so was just wondering what i could do for now. For the biceps is working them and then taking a day off and doing it again ok or am i overtraining? Thanks

What? Since when do you need a bench to work your legs????!!! Squats, lunges, and deadlifts don't require a bench. Those compound moves are much better than and leg curls and extensions and whatnot.

bump on the chins and dips, plus pushups

you also can do stuff like sled pulls, run stairs and car pushing. some ppl laugh at the car part, but get someone to sit and steer it in a wide open space and you get behind and push it for a couple yards and see how great a full body workout it is. ;)

also sandbag workouts can be killer

Bump on the car pushing also, I had to pushstart my buddy's truck, you wanna talk about something that wears your butt out, there ya go :p

You don't need weights to get stronger, look at the strong man events and odd objext lifting. You can use a wheel barrow, sand bags, kegs, rocks, sledge hammers, cars etc.

All those objects are weights though :)

This is true, but your body doesn't know that you're lifting a wheelbarrow full of cement or a barbell. All it knows is you are lifting heavy weight.
