Workout routine question

Hey,

I've been working out for about 6 months now and I have seen gains but I want more gains. I currently weigh 157lbs and am around 6 foot tall. I wanna bulk up and have sorted out my diet to get the appropriate amount of calories/protein. anyways onto the workout. I have read to gain mass that you should be working in the 3x8-12 range so I do a 3 x a week full body workout. 3x8, 3x10 and 3x12. Is this a good enough routine? Here are my basic excersises,

Quads: Full BB Squat
L.Back: Stiff Legged Deadlifts
Back: Pull Ups
Chest: Flat Bench Press
Deltoids: Seated Military Press
Abs: Weighted Sit Ups

That's what I do on my first workout and change the excersies up every workout. I'm only lifting like 40kg but I'm trying to get to bigger weights every week. Little by little.

Anyway my main question is instead of working out 3 times a week and resting 4 days out of the week. Would it be good enough to train on alterante days. I.E

Workout on Monday, skip Tuesday, Workout on Wednesday, Skip Thursday, Workout Friday, skip Saturday and workout Sunday.

If I workout at the same time every day I am getting exactly 48 hours rest?

Is that better then training 3 days a week and resting four or not?

Also, could someone please tell me if my rep/set range and excersises are good for a bulking program?

Thanks!

Bulking=kcal consumption and time.

At 6 months, your recovery level might be okay enough to go every other day workouts, give it a shot. I think I'd have a day of lower reps than 8...like 4-6. So, you could run a 6X4, 3X8, and 3X12.

Thanks for the reply. I'll do that and see the results I get in the first couple of weeks before deciding whether to continue!
