Workout Routine Plz

Im 15, and lyk im improving a lot in lifting weights, and i would lyk to know if sumone could please help me by giving me a weekly workout routine so I can keep gradually increasing my weight training. Ill give you information for w/e u need it for, but id really much appreciate a routine thanx :)...

Weight - 129 Pounds
Height - 5-9
Low body fat percentage
Age - 15
Max Bench - 160 pounds
Max Curls - 100 pounds
I workout at Home and School

thats pretty much my basic info im pretty sure....and i have a question....ive been getting better at benching and curling, but even thought i bench curl and do pushups, Im struggling a lot more with pushups than i used to, I struggle a lottttttttt to get to 50 pushups...helps aprreciated also, thanx lots
 
could try something like this.

monday - Shoulders / triceps
tuesday - off\or cardio, (depending on your goals)
Wednesday- Biceps/ back
Thursday - off\ or cardio
Friday- Chest
saturday - legs
sunday - off

and if u want some advice on what excersises to do (in my opinion) lemme know
