workout regime

Hi,
Hello everyone, I`m a new member of this forum and am hoping for a bit of advice. I have lost weight over the last 8 weeks or so and am down to nearly what I consider my optimum weight. I have just bought some gym gear, a multi gym, bench press and cardio machine aswell as some free weights. I am hoping to keep the fat off but bulk up. Any ideas of a good weekly workout regime that incorporates muscle work with cardio.
Also do you advise any products to help me on my way?
