Workout Plans and Books, which?!

Hey all.

Ive been looking at Chad Waterburys t-nation document and considered following it, but then i heard it was primarly about strength and not physique.

So im now looking at buying 'New Rules of Lifting', anyone us it? which would you choose and follow?

Also, how good is Berardi's 'Metabolism Advantage'? is it worth the 12 quid?

New Rules of Lifting is a great book with well-designed routines and workouts. Berardi is amazing as well, I'm not sure about that specific book, but in Scrawny to Brawny and other articles, he is a genious.
