Hey, Im 16 and I FINALLY noticed that I need to be more healthy, exercise more, and get stronger and less fat
! Anyways, I started my job since around June 2008, I been working at a coffee shop and you get some exercise from walking around, cleaning, mopping, etc. but not enough for me. Ever since I got my job I been eating out, a lot...Like fast food and other junk like that, now its Jan. 2009 and I gained about
14 pounds (from 113 to 127) and I can tell that my belly is getting fat :bncry:!
When I was 13 - 15ish I always was around 110-115lbs and I thought that I never gained weight even when I ate a LOT! But I guess healthier. So my goal was to eat a lot and gain enough weight then start exercising. So now I am getting fat and I want to change that into muscle and just become healthier overall.
My parents won't let me spend money on like a huge workout machine or anything, and they just tell me to pay for the gym instead. But Im in school, work, trying to hang out, etc. so I dont have a lot of extra time. Is there a workout plan I could do?
Like Im about 5' 5'' (6'' maybe) and Im 127 now and how much exercise should I do? I looked at tons of other websites and cant find much help. Is it enough if I do about 100 crunches and 60 push ups (15 sets) every night? Is there good enough to keep me in shape?
Also I look at my amount of calories consumered per day for my weight and height and it was 1900-2000 cal. So if I eat healthier and do the 100 crunches and 60 push ups, will I be DOING A GOOD AMOUNT OF EXERCISE?
