You should really throw in the curl bar. With the curl bar you can really blast your biceps. I do that, seated preacher curls, and machine hammer curls with the rope. The rope allows me to turn my hammer to really hit the head of the bicep.

so do u suggest I do this for my biceps-

Arms-
Barbell Curls
Preacher Curls

and i was thinking..instead of Machine hammer curls..wat if changed that with Lying Dumbell Curls?

Try it. Lying Dumbell Curls are great. But don't do em flat. Do em at a slight incline. I'll mix them in my routine when I start to plateau.

whats Plateau?
yur psycological barrier?

It's the point at which you no longer experience gains. It's that hump you can't get over. Once you get into workin out, most people plateau every 6 weeks or so. Your muscles get used to your routine, so you gotta mix it up a bit...

why does no one here like hyperextensions?becuz they are bad for yur bak or becuz yu feel they just have no advantages doing them?

When training for strength or health, you should do natural movements but with wieghts. i.e. deadlift, chin ups.

When would you ever do a back hyperextention in real life? never.
plus you are using the spine erectors (lower back muscles) whilst there is no pressure on the spine, the body is not designed to do this.
the back is designed to work with the legs and shoulders to lift.

you should think like this with every movement that you do in the gym.
this is why I never do tricep kick backs, I stick to close grip bench press.
