Workout I created for the summer

These are the days of each workout for a 6 week period. Any suggestions?

Having to open the 4 pages makes it hard to judge.

But it looks like your horizontal pulling is very little compared to your horizontal pressing.
 
its real annoying that you put them in word docs...
why dont you do something more simple like a push/pull, uper/lower or fullbody?

are you cutting or bulking?

what do you want: size or strength??? endurance???

Yeah, I was going to try and put it into a post, but the tables have made that too hard. Could you repost in one file?
 
I tried to repost in one file but the size was too big for the upload.

At the moment im slow bulking, and shooting mainly for strength gains.
 
People will be a lot more likely to read it if you post it and don't attach anything...not having to download and open anything
