so any suggestiong on how to eat and a workout routine please? i want to focus on chest, abs arms and back.

Since you're a vegetarian you should focus your diet on beans and nuts for the protein. As for workouts you should do intense weight lifting coupled with intense interval sprints at the end of the workout. Is it possible to get noticeable gains in 2 months? Yes. Will you get a lot bigger and fit? Probably not, unless you have some freakish genetics.

Combine cardio and resistance training in a good balance. The weight training will begin to tone your muscles and the cardio will help to get rid of the extra fat. (I tell a lot of people that HIIT is a better weight-loss method, but I still prefer traditional cardio, as people have a better time of maintaining that as a long-term habit.) And don't worry, as long as you do the two on different days, they won't interfere with each other's progress.

In two months, you'll probably see a little bit belly reduction. As for your muscles, two months isn't enough time for them to increase in size. The first three months or so of working out will show progress in your muscular recruitment (in other words, the degree to which you're ABLE to engage your entire muscle at once) and so you'll see a good strength increase and maybe some visible toning, but hypertrophy won't begin until you've reached 100% recruitment of your muscle fibers.
