workout days

This week i am supposed to go on M/W/F to do a fullbody routine. But i dont think i can make it on friday, because of a basketball tournament on saturday. I just dont want to be tired for it.

So i was wondering i would go on wednesday and then back on Thursday? Will this be bad for me if i am doing fullbody routine?

thanks

Ok well i already did the Monday, but i want to go back on wednesday. So is there any workout i can do just on thursday? Like split maybe? What will happen if i go back on thursday?

i have something to add:
I would like to gain muscle with as much less fat gain as possible. I just want to look the same as I am as of now. I dont want to look like my weigh training teacher who rips out of his own shirt. I want to look the same.

If i went on a bulking phase would i change size of my body parts?

Please help me
thanks

Well if you really want to go weds and thurs then do legs and core on weds and upper body on thurs.

But never train the same muscle 2 days in a row.

alright ill see what goes on.

i have another thing: so I cant go to a gym untile end of winter break (Jan 8th). I am planning on eating clean no junk food, and doing bodyweight excercises and running until that time. Is there anything more i can do?
Will I lose lots of muscles? i have been training for about 1 month now.

thanks

If you have been training for only 1 month, then yeah, over 3 weeks you prob will loose all of what you put on.

You can try some body weight exercises, but you want to keep the reps low.

Yeah if you don't want to lose it all you better do body weight stuff over the 3 weeks because that's a significant amount of time, almost as long as you've been working out. Like Lewis said keep the reps low... meaning make the bodyweight exercises more difficult. For example if you can do 30 push ups you only want to do maybe 5-12 so have someone put pressure on your upper back when doing them, or wear a backpack or something. If you don't workout at all for 3 weeks you will lose alot of the strength you have just gotten because it's all newly acquired.

Ya I will do bodyweight excercises, and its not 3 weeks its 2 sorry about that. But still its alot of time. Ill do cardio and some bodyweight excercises
