I've been workout for 4 years.
I'm in good shape. I moved to a big city recently. Found a gym close to my home but it's gonna take me 40 mintues for round trip. cleaning up the ice and snow on the windshield, 20 below zero in winter night, icy road.
Been spending $500 to $600 every year for the membership. It's not money but the inconvienent and hassle I'll have on commuting especially winter night. The city's snow removal is terrible.
I've learned about workout that mind - determination - with good nutrition is alot important than modern machines in a fancy gym.
I'm thinking of workout at home. I have an empty space in my apartment. It reminds me all the time 'why not workout at home?'
