Workout at home? anybody

I've been workout for 4 years.
I'm in good shape. I moved to a big city recently. Found a gym close to my home but it's gonna take me 40 mintues for round trip. cleaning up the ice and snow on the windshield, 20 below zero in winter night, icy road. :(

Been spending $500 to $600 every year for the membership. It's not money but the inconvienent and hassle I'll have on commuting especially winter night. The city's snow removal is terrible.

I've learned about workout that mind - determination - with good nutrition is alot important than modern machines in a fancy gym.

I'm thinking of workout at home. I have an empty space in my apartment. It reminds me all the time 'why not workout at home?'

I workout in my garage, as long as you have the right equipment its fine

Training at home WILL serve your goal and you will be just fine. You dont need fancy equipment :)

What I have:

1. Olympic bench (incline/decline) with squat rack
2. Olympic bar, S-bar, Tri-bar, and dumbells
3. 450lbs of cast iron weights
4. An Upright recumbant Cycle (with back rest and gauge)
5. A flat mobile bench (which inclines and declines)

This is all I used during the entire time I have trained.

Nothing to write home about.

Planning, organizing, and CONSISTENCY in APPLICATION and continuing to overcome OBSTACLES in ones path--------IS the difference....However---no matter what you may possess.
