working your pecs and running

A day after I work out my pecs, they get really sore. I'm sure this happens to everyone. Well, the thing is I'm toning now, so I have to introduce some cardio into the program. Is it OK to run even though my pecs are really sore? I dont want anything to hinder their growth or make them smaller.

Also, does anyone recommend any safe fat burning supplements that actually work?
 
running before

maybe u could run in the morning and workout ur pecs at night so ur body has had time to rest from the run, then dont run the next day.

r u saying that the arm pumping movement of running would hinder ur muscle growth or that straight up aroebics would hinder the growth.

if u want, u can jump roap for aerobics, that actually tones ur upper body as well.
 
when I run I can feel ma muscles bounce. And if they're sore, it hurts mildy. So I get worried about running, cause the last thing i want to do is shrink mypecs.

Im worried if doing any aerobic activity will hurt them.
For example, if i bike, I dont feel anything in my chest cause my legs are doing everything while Im just sitting. So im not sure what to do.
 
Running while pecs are sore will ever ever so slightly restrict growth as the tissue stretches while its trying to repair, barely tho. But if I was you say like you workout 3 times a week, do ur cardio on same days in the mornings b4 you eat, hence burn off more fat not food, eat high protein foods all day as usual, and do ur workout at night to keep the mass u have while cutting. Ending the day b4 u go to bed with cottage cheese or casine proteins.
 
so run before I do weights. Even if I run a long time before I pump iron, wont that still take away the energy that I could have used to pump iron? thats why I thought its better to do it on different days.

okey then, run on the opposit days but the day after u work ur pecs...either don't do anything or ride a bike. also get plenty of sleep.
 
Your runs shudnt be that strenuious, shud be about 400 metres to 800 in sprints, and abit of rowing or sommat. U shud if u do ur weights later in the day still have enough energy left to perform ur lifting.
