Working out your abs

Hi, I'm 17 and I've been working out in general for about 7-9 months now and working out my abs for maybe a little over a month. I do an 8-min abs video workout routine every day twice. Once on the morning and once at night after which I run about 2 miles outside. I do see some results, but there is still a lot of loose skin on my gut. I'm hoping to tone down a lot more and keep on doing my routine, if anyone has any suggestions, post them.

Do you do cardio? Cardio is key if you want to unlock a sixer.

Well as I said I do run 2 miles at a steady pace w/o resting combined with my abs workout. That takes me about 20 to 30 minutes.

Cut back on the abdominal workouts and only do it once a day...There's no reason to treat you abdominals any differently considering they're like any other muscles in your body...

Need to change your cardio a bit.... try some basic interval training, high octane cardio.... and make it harder for you and change it up... because you are just teaching your body to run at that pace for 2 miles, which eventually will be "easier" for you to do...Cardio is just like lifting... You need to pick up the intesity every now and then...

Alright, I'll try that for a few months to see how that works out and post my results here.
