working out young

I'm almost 16 and have been working out for a year or so but i was wondering if taking stuff like Twinlabs Amino Fuel or any type of Creatine would be bad for me since im still pretty young.. I have whey protein powder which i know is fine but I'm not sure about anything else. Any feedback would be appreciated

At your age, you don't need suppliments because you are still quite young.

Just eat right!

Protein sources: meat, dairy, fish, eggs.
Fat sources: nuts and seeds, and their natural derivatives, this includes flaxseed and oil, natural peanut butter, olives and extra virgin olive oil (shorthand EVOO).
Carb sources: vegetables and whole, less processed grains such as oats, whole grain bread, etc.

The only suppliment I would recommend is dietary: fish oil caps.

i'd toss in a daily multivitamin too. nothing terribly fancy, just for insurance that you're getting everything you need. you are a growing boy after all.

Thanks for the comments back. I'm just a guy who has aspirations to be buff. haha. so what do u guys think about creatine if i may ask? I heard it makes your muscles fake and watery (since ur cells retain more water).. but i've seen results from a friend who is now a beast because of it. hmm

I'm 16 and I used creatine like 10 months ago, but I didn't know anything back then. I wouldn't use it...just stick with a good diet, stuff like Cynic outlined, it's all you need.

Superman, I gotta agree with Cynic. The best thing for you is to just eat properly. Since you're only 16, and your metabolism is probably FLYING right now, I'd just eat a TON of clean food...fish, chicken, peanuts...etc. That will get you straight as well as provide you with plenty of energy for your workouts. Also, remember to keep your body guessing. Keep to your compound moves (squats, deadlifts, bench, pullups, etc) and you will fill out solid.
