Working out with a bad wrist. causes problems. Help

I’ve been working out for a few years but not seriously, just to stay in shape, but ive broken the same bone in my left wrist 2 times.. and now when i try to seriously work out, my wrist stops me from doing as many reps of certain exercises as i can with my right arm. It just hurts. therefore my right tricep and bicep are now progressively getting bigger than my left arm. what can i do? wear something or do you guys know of any good ways to help me?

Check with a doc for some physio routines to help strengthen your wrist based on the dmg you got. You can always limit your right arm to what your left can do in order to prevent uneven growth. Check into some wrist straps/braces also that may help.

Best advice check with your doctor/physio to see what can be done.
 
When you broke it did you let it heal completely? It should be okay if you did, and if you keep breaking it, maybe look into some Ca pills.
