Working out sick?

Hey, I took this week off the weights since my gym is closed, and well it was thanksgiving. But in this week off I've felt like ****, all sick and stuff... Im wondering, if this lasts until next week (My first cutting week), should I continue anyway? Or will I hurt myself? THanks in advance!
 
you really gotta figure it out yourself. How sick are you?
When you are sick, you're body needs rest to recover, so its a risk to take if you go workout, but if you think you can handle it you can go for it, but it might not be a good idea. Whenever im sick, i just take some days off, its better to miss two training days than to have two sucky training days for then to miss a whole week because you got worse.

It's usually a personal judgement call when im sick. ive worked out sick before, but not too sick. no fever or anything too bad.
 
I got no fever, just a bit of a cold, not too bad... I think I could workout... Though my hamstrings and calfs are quite sore... Not sure if its the HIIT or the sickness... :p
