working out plan pls rateeeee!!!!!!!!1

ok so i been going to the gym for 2 1/2 weeks already and am wondering if am doing to much this is usually what i do
day1-chest/triceps
day2-back/biceps
day3-legs/shoulders
day4-chest/triceps
day5-back/biceps
day6-legs/shoulders
day7-off
and i do abs every 2 dayss
is this fine??
 
TBH that's not really a plan, it's just a general guidline of targeted body areas. Can you make a list of the exercises you will perform along with the rep ranges you'll be using e.g.

Bench 3x10
Dips 5x5
pull ups 10x3

The only thing I will mention though are your poor shoulders. When you're targeting your chest or back you'll be using your shoulders, and then on your leg days you're isolating your shoulders so in effect you're hitting them 6 days a week! Take care of your shoulders as injuries in that area will really hold you back
 
Good point, Typhon! Blow out a rotator cuff tendon and you'll be limited to mall walking for 2 months.
