I broke my foot in October (it was an ugly Lisfranc fracture) and was immobilized for months. Last month I started working out again, but the only exercises (I know of) that don't hurt my left foot are working out on the elliptical, the stationary bike, or swimming.
I'm starting to get really bored of this routine. Any suggestions as to how I can spice my cardio up?
