Working out coupled with running.

Really quickly here,

Should one workout BEFORE or AFTER Jogging/Running? And why?

I'm in Track, so I do bodyweight exercises like pushups, chinups, and etc. Should I be doing those before or after my runs? I'm thinking - running before my workouts will weaken my arms, and running after I feel like will cancel out my muscle recovery.
 
I'd start incorporating some of Scrappers stuff into your workouts

Don't you do a lot of running for track anyway? What event do you compete in?
