Working out at night

Sorry for the new topic but I can't seem to find this answer anywhere. It's hard to get a good answer from a search engine. I did look for a while.

I don't do it but I was wondering why it is bad to work out at nigh or before you go to bed?
 
Oh ok I thought there was something more to it. Maby about your body shutting down at night so it screws with things?
 
Agree with Tone. The only real negative I've heard is that it might take a couple of hours to get back to a restful state. I worked out at night for a couple of years and never had a problem.
 
I work out in the evening also and I find it depletes me, I also find that it sets me up for nice testosterone levels for my lady, showering and relaxing into bed together, having sex or not, and my sleep is great.

The only thing that has interrupted that flow is this board. and with that I will add that having that protein shake with a healthy mini-meal works quite nicely.

Scientifically I know very little. But from experience I find the evening work out are great for me.
