Working my way to a Suzuki

This is my first entry to a smaller me. My buddy just got a Honda sports bike. He needs a riding partner and wants me to be it. I told I would have to lose a hundred pounds before I would even entertain the idea of getting a bike. That is not the only reason I want to lose the weight. I work outside as a line tech for AT&T. The summers here in Houston are brutal. I am afraid something may happen to me if I do not get serious and lose the weight.

I have a bowl of Special K and a bagel. I am using skim milk and fat free cream cheese. I then have carrots or grapes in between breakfast and lunch. For lunch I have an oven baked chicken breast. Sometimes I have a fat free yogurt in between lunch and dinner. For dinner I have some kind of meat like pork, chicken or fish. Sometimes i have some red meat. I drink 4 or 5 bottles of water during the day. I also have tea during the evenings. I am not sure if this is the best for me but I know its better than eating fast food for breakfast, lunch, and most of the time dinner. I also snacked a lot in the past. I have since stop doing that.

Weight 306lbs was 312lbs when I started a couple weeks ago.

Well got a call from my doctor today. My blood work came back clean and my cardiac ultrasound came back clean also. So we get to see what the neurologist has to say tomorrow. Probably the same thing they found five years ago nothing other than me being overweight.
 
Got to love doctors. I went to a Neurologist last Tuesday. After a two wait he had me get a MRI and it came back clean. Then I had to got a lumbar puncture Friday morning. After waiting for another two hours i the doctors waiting room they let me know they have not gotten the results yet. So I asked them to call me with the results that was at 1:30. So 4:45 rolls around and I still had not heard anything. I give them a call and they tell me they have the results and when the doctor gets done with a patient he will call me. 6pm comes and nothing I call them and they are closed for the weekend. So this causes me not to be able to workout Friday or Saturday. I finally said enough of this and went to the gym last night. I rode the bike and worked on my abs. I figured that was not too taxing on my head.

Well seated on the scale this morning and I am down another 3lbs to 282. Pretty good for not really doing any workouts for most of the week.
