working ABS every day??

I am heading to Mexico in 1.5 weeks. Normally I work my ABS every 2-3 days with crunches, leg raises, and an Ab King Pro. But I'm a little behind on my beach bod. Can I work my ABS every single day? Looking for the definitive answer. I have searched the Web and found about a thousand pages selling me their exercise guides. So I thought I'd try here and get some personal advice.

My weight workout has me alternating my other muscle groups every 2-3 days like normal, and I'm keeping that going. But I heard that one can work his abs 5 or 7 days a week and still get benefit. Is this true?

you are better off doing more cardio to burn more calories. You will probably see better results in that amount of time. You can work your abs every day, but it just comes down to buring more calories. There will no great benifit in the next week and half. Do cardio first thing in the morning when waking, you will burn more fat calories this way. hope this helps, have fun in mexico
 
imo, 2-3 times a week of ab workout is sufficient...

its a muscle group like any other and should be treated as a muscle... lol
