work out tips....very helpful

Here are some sample affirmations you can say to yourself while
you’re working out. For example, after a set tell yourself “good,”
“excellent” or “better and better.” Use these positive words and
phrases to encourage and root yourself on and develop positive
self-talk. In addition to using these phrases as you’re performing a
set, also use these phrases after the set to reinforce and praise
yourself.
· Good! Excellent!
· C’mon!
· Do it!
· Explode!
· Go!
· Form!
· Yes!
· Focus!
· Strong!
· Yes!

I like to psych myself up for every lift I do. Even when it's one of my lighter ones I like to walk towards it pretending its a world record. I pretend that I'm about to shatter some old record and that this is the only lift I'm going to do for the day.

That makes me put more into every lift, even if it is a light lift with fewer reps, I still put it all in. It ensures proper form and tension.
