Goooooooooood Morning! Happy Thursday!

The weekend is just around the corner already. Today I'll be busying myself with grass cutting, laundry and such. Tonight is town night so I shall be prepreparing my low carb grocery list. I'm feeling rather postive this morning, surprisingly enough. The busier I keep myself the better off I am! I'll be back later ths afternoon to check in on ya'lls journals. Thanks for taking the time to pop by and offer encouraging words, and support. :D

I have to make that trip to the grocery store this weekend as well, probably tomorrow. Have to think about all those good for U foods that I can incorporate into my diet. Good luck with your shopping! MAKE GOOD CHOICES!:) chuckle....Thats something I tell my kids everyday when they leave for school. :p

Watch out for those wrong side of the bed days-they can egg on the urge to eat! And KUDOS on deciding to walk instead of NAP-You body will thank you for it! Keep up that willpower! And, dont work too hard today!:) (unless you want to---U know--to burn off some of those extra calories :) ) Have a great day.........Cabana:p
 
Here I am, back as promised.
Well I have gotten numerous errands ran such as groceries, a couple of last mintue school items purchased for my boys, laundry mat, and I have supper cooking. Once I do the flight of the bumble bee around this place I'm heading out to get the grass mowed. I'm running out of time. I remain feeling great this afternoon and I'm determind that this day will end on a good note. Carb count is good and water is going dowm pretty well, and once I get the grass cut I've go to fit some exercise in somewhere! :eek:

Cabana ~ "make good choices" That must come in the mommie hand book! LOL...... I tell me boys the same as I send them on thier way. It's about time I listen to my own words of wisdom!:p

T2 ~ the coon poo I could really of done without but I burnt some extra calroies trying to evade her and the stench! ;)

Hap, hap, happy Saturday morning to everyone!
Friday past me by pretty quickly but not before I had a chance to hop on the scales to my 1st of the month weight in..... 153.5 lbs it told me :mad: but today I am happier since I weighed in and finally after a week of "behaving" it told me 151.5 lbs ~~~ I'll take it!:D
After such a crazy day on Thursday I was plum tuckered out! I was to bed way early and found that morning arrived too early too. The day zoomed by and end with a visit from my parents. Every Friday night my partents are over for a few drinks and pizza. I was such a good girl * sorry but I have to pat myself on the back here* but I stuck to water, and when we got the pizza I scraped all the toppings off the crust and only ate those! I wonder how many carbs I saved on the move :eek:
Today is a rainy day, and I suppose that I will be spending most of it indoors. Time to dig out those dust covered exercise videos! I think it would be a perfect day to haul out all of my scrapbooking stuff and get my creative cap on! :p
Only 3 more sleeps for the kiddies till school is back in ..... I'm not too excited about that ~ can ya tell? :D

Do you scrapbook often? I'm having a couple of friends over tonight to get some done! I have an online gallery/store that I belong to that I post some of my pages on. The work there is amazing, you should check it out! It's Take a look at my sister's gallery in there, she's so talented! Her username is Chelseabun, and mine is Dariqueen there too:D

Hiya Dari! I have 2 albums created from scrapbooking. A girlfriend of mine was selling the Creative Memories products, but since then I found that you can get great quaility items now for scrapbooking much cheaper with out the "designer" name ;) I have been out of for a while be it lack of want/time I suppose, but I'm going to get back into it! I'll be taking a peek at that site! :D

Howdey Brat! You are sooooooo right! I must remember the water! When I lost all my weight before I was drinking 4 liters a day... boy I'm far from that now! I made it from 184 - 140 by low carbing and drinking all that water! YO! Somebody bring me some water! :cool:

It shows that it's still heading in the right direction. I probably should pick 1 ...... yes 1 day, 1 day only for weigh in! Maybe pull a day out of a hat?
Since it has finally stopped with the rain, I'm thinking a walk is in order! I might take the boys to see fireworks tonight. Weather and "boys additudes" permitting. Boy do they need to go back to school! :p

Supper...... what shall we have for supper? I have no clue about supper, but I do know that I need to get me some water, and to make it around to all of your journals! :D

I should probably start to weigh myself more often because when I stopped my weight loss slowed down... interesting! Also, I LOVE TO SCRAPBOOK!!!!!!! I make scrapbooks all the time!! YAY!
 
Monday afternoon is soon to be here. The kids awoke very early with excitement anticapating starting school "tomorrow". Lets see what tomorrow brings...... lol.

Diet wise I'm still doing well, exercise wise I haven't made a serious attempt (yet) ..... I did work out on my total body gym yesterday and I do feel it in the backs of my thighs, upper pecks, and abs. Step count for yesturday was 10,287. I continue to feel strong and as of tomorrow now that the long weekend is behind us and the tourists are all going back home I can once again start my daily walking session with the dogs through the marinas and such. I walk the marinas and along the lake shore from spring to the end of June but then the tourists take over and so do thier unleashed pets. But once Labour Day is past things will really quiet down again.

Goals...... I need goals!​

Food ~ Low carb options only!

Exercise ~ Minimal 30 mintues of cardio 7 days a week and at least 10,000 steps a day

Water ~ At least 3 liters a day

Ok... I am a scale-a-hoic too!!!! My husband seriously had to start taking it to work with him! I would weight myself a million times a day and get sad becasue at night I was heavier.

LOL ... I threw a set over the gully that lines our back yard once to never set eyes on those "nasty fibbers" again! Then I ran right out and got a new set! Go figure :p

It's Wednesday already?
Yesterday came and went like a whirl wind! Sending the kiddies out the door for thier 1st day back to school, a new 2 year old to provide child care for, and hours passed by before my eyes! Before I knew the entire house hold was to bed early due to all of being plum wore out. I did get in a walk yesterday but it was with 3 kiddies, 2 dogs and a cat ..... I did want to get out again last night but due to the mountain of paper work the kids brought home from work. BUT... on that note..... my wonderful hubby went to the woods and created me a walking trail! Woohoo! There was an exisiting trail years ago so he went and re-cleared it for me! I'm so lucky! The kids and dogs will enjoy our little nature walk this afternoon. The rain has stopped and the sun is out and with that I hope it stays that way. Daily step count goal has been exceeded each day so far this week, water intake is increasing, and I vow to not make devilsfood cupcakes with choco frosting again! Enough said on that...... I had 1 on Monday, 2 on Tuesday and 1 today and then I figured enough was enough and ditched the rest off on others. UGH! but other then those I've been really good, however my weight reflects the extra carbs and not 1 of those extra carbs were worth it! I'll be spending the remainder of the day kicking myself in the (_|_) for that! :mad: I did abs work yesterday again and again I feel it!!! Man do I feel it. I felt it when I got out of bed this morning, when I vacuumed, when I lifted the little one up! YAY! I felt it and continue too. I'm about to start on another liter of water, and I have some exercising to do!

Great job with the ab workout! I have one of those tapes and it always makes me cringe! haha. Yay for such a sweet husband! Hope you have a great day!
 
Aww, that was so sweet of him to do! That sounds like some ab work out you did yesterday! Be easy over there! :)
