Starting to tighten up a bit more - down to 145. Hope its not the water - I'll update the ticker and we can see what happens!
Fighting the urge to binge a bit today. Stressed out. Didn't have a real lunch (stupid) so snacking and trying to figure out whether it is hunger or stress. I now think it is stress.... Trying to make it through to dinner!
This was a bad day - need to rebound tomorrow!
Breakfast smoothie
Gym - Weight circuit, 20 mins running, a bit of swimming
Half an apple
Luna Bar
7 almonds, 1 cashew
one tomato, one red pepper. Fresca.
One maple cookie from the Health Food store - these are excellent!

12 almonds
Orange
Bite of biscotti
16 almonds (!) - I'm making dinner right now! Having some diet soda helped - though I try not to drink it too often - sometimes you can only drink so much water!
Cod/broccoli - tasted like soap - I think I need to wash out my steamer better

Small chocolate bar
Coffee - two double long.
