wow I haven't been on here in forever. I had some health issues to deal with, then school and work and clinicals, then my computer broke, and i'm trying to plan my wedding.....so things have been kind of crazy. My parents moved in October and me and my fiance ended up buying their old house..so I don't have a scale anymore as the one i was using was my moms. So I have no clue what i weight...I think still around 132. I really need a kick in the butt because I just realized that my wedding is in 5 months and I wanna have a hot bod for that and the honeymoon (we're going on a cruise!). My appetite has been kinda weird lately and i know i'm not getting proper nutrition at all. I get uncomfortably full eating a regular sized meal and it makes me feel sick..so i've been trying to eat little snacks throughout the day vs normal meals. I'm gonna try and post what i eat everyday to try and keep on track. As for working out...I've been going in spurts. I hate treadmills and I get bored on bikes/ellipticals, and we've had a shit ton of snow recently so running has been sporadic. I do however continue with my 8 minute abs and some work with freeweights. I do tae bo sometimes as well but i get sick of watching the same old tape over and over. ok food time..
breakfast: it was 4:30 AM and not healthy food at all... 12 oz fat free french vanilla cappuccino and raspberry pastry

will probably have an apple and popcorn for dinner
and i usually drink a lot of water, but for some reason today i've been drinkin extra. I also remembered to take my vitamins! (i'm horrible at that)
