Today was a great start to my new diet. Gym tomorrow I hope. I am next going to post on here when I do 100 or more push ups in one go. Which will be tomorrow ;-)

I am currently printing off some motivational quotes to stick in my room then going to bed. Ciao.

Well I did it... 102 actually. I am looking to work that to 250 over the next few months. Shall be a goal of mine :D

Anyway, for the past few days my diet has been pretty good, however today something weird happened. It got to 3pm, and I had eaten a huge amount of food up untill around 1.30. Suddenly though I became absolutely starving, I tried to wait it out for an hour but to no avail. Now, because the only food anywhere near me was being sold by this kid who sells chocolate I decided to buy 2 bars, as I figured if I didnt eat now then I would just get more and more hungry over the next 2 hours. Anyway, I ate them and that restored my energy, and I got through the day. Here's the thing. Even though I ate that chocolate, I no longer really liked it. Having eaten those 2 bars I realised I didn't actually crave it anymore. It's just junk food. So I took one for the team and ate those bars. Not doing that again, just packing more lunch...

Last night I got to doing some exercise with my dumbells. Couldn't get to the gym (busy week). I did a range of exercises but really I need to get into the gym. I think doing 2 gym workouts a weeks enough for me. I really need to improve my lifts, I want to be the first kid in my year (and the year above I think) to do 100kg bench. So I need to get in the gym.

On Saturday night I have a huge party in a field. Over 100 people going I think. Lots of alcohol will be around so I'll end up drinking some, I mean a party every now and then isn't going to really hinder my goals to much. I know where I want to go and am sticking to it.

And finally some random comments over past few days:

1) My haircut, which involved having it shorter, has put a fair few girls under immense distress. I need my long(ish) hair back ;)
2) I couldn't load the '4 words after sex' deal in the members lounge. My firewall blocked it!! Question is, is that word now blocked??? It wasn't earlier! Maybe I'll be blocked off this page. Oh great...

Laters guys. I will be posting a longer post soon, but my wrist is killing me. I need to stop typing.

Hey.

This post is really to say I'm taking a brief break from using this forum, and the internet in general. I'm going to give it two weeks or so to get things sorted out, back to basics as it were. I shall be posting back then so until then...
