Womens chests workout vs. size

do not know where to find the answer to my questions about chest exercises. So I am asking you this question is hopes that it will get into the right hands.

My question is about my breasts vs. chest exercises. I am 31, I am 5'7" and I weigh 150. I Two weeks ago I started, for the first time, a full body work out routine at my local gym. I do 15-20 minutes of cardio, followed by roughly 40 minutes of weight training. I do this 3 days a week. My goal is to bring down my weight to 130lbs in 3 months.

I have a small "B" cup. I was even smaller when weighed 130 lbs. My question is this: Should I do any chest exercises at all? Bench presses? Peck Deck? I want to do a complete body workout, but I want to maintain my current breast size? I do realize that some of my size comes from fat stores, but I like were that fat is!

Please help.

This is fairly recent and I think you might get some good answers there.

Losing chest size due to exercise is all about genetics. I personally don't lose any from there as I lose weight, but everyone is different.

Doing bench presses and other pec exercises only work your pecs - they have nothing to do w/ increasing your bra size. They build up the muscle underneath your breasts, but unless you walk around flexing nonstop, it won't make them look any bigger.

Spokafina,

I gained a cup size (and went down from a 36 to a 34) doing push-ups. I don't have a giant "man chest" but the increased muscle tone under the boob fat added a size without me having to flex all the time (because the muscle is just plain bigger).
