Rox, you are FABULOUS. And so bloody beautiful! So proud of you for coming so far--It's been a beautiful transformation. And thank you for my little shout-out at the beginning. :beating: And really good advice :) Nice to hear it from someone who has been so successful at keeping the weight off.

Amy, maybe do one on cooking and measuring portions? I don't know how to manage my portions and stuff, maybe one on how important it is to weigh/measure things?

Posted mine up. Audio was fine when I re-watched it but seems to get messed up when it gets uploaded. Awh well.

I'm working on a video on weighing food. Will include some pictures, but it'll be a powerpoint video I think. Want to keep up some anonymity I'm afraid.
 
I have things ready to go (a script, I'm sorry, unscripted does not work for me, and a powerpoint presentation), just trying to resolve some audio issues before I record and put it all together.

Also, gaaawwwwd I hate listening to myself.
