I've been struggling with weight loss for a while and I came to realize my main problems: binge eating late in the night and not sleeping till 4am and waking up sometime in the afternoon. Even as I write this it's around 4am and shortly before I had raided the kitchen.
What I'm planning on doing is simply staying up for this night and hopefully being so tired when the day is over that I sleep at a better time, probally not the best way to get better sleep but it's an attempt.
Gonna break up 5-6 different small meals throughout the day since I usually only eat 3 small meals on a regular day and feel so hungry at night that I overeat.
Getting a stamina bike to work out with so what i would like to so is be able to go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier and get some exercise in a couple of times in, a little on the morning before work, and a couple times after work just to try to get some exercise in with my busy schedule.
Last time I weighed myself I was around 160 so everytime I weight myself I'm gonna come back here and keep you guys updated, wish me luck everybody!
