A Later Weigh In....

Today should be my weigh in, but due to my crazy cycle (I retain water bad) I will wait till Sunday to weigh in. :)

I have lost a half inch off my waist though! :hurray:

I read that you also have a Whey protein drink? So do I- only after work outs though :) I was curious- do you mix your Whey with milk? Because apparently you're not supposed to... my instructor told me "haven't you heard the saying 'seperating the curds from the whey'.. so the whey has been seperated, and most people then mix it back with milk. He told me the body absorbs the protein (amino acids) quicker this way. Perhaps he was only referring to post work out drinks..

Anyways- also! Try adding some 'Fibre Plus' to your shake! It keeps you fuller for longer! :)
