Winter Break Problem

Hello
My high school is close thorugh winter break and the weight room is also. I am have been working out there for 1 week but before i was working out at my friends house for 5 weeks. So in all about 6 weeks of work.

I have been eating healthy, no junk food. Only good proteins, sandwiches, rice, etc. I was palnning during Winter break to do BODY WEIGHT excercises, but low reps wiht a back pack on my back, and for legs do Squats with my brother pushing on my shoulders down.

Also thought of doing Wall sits for long time. My question is Are there any other types of bodyweight excercises I can do? i cant really do a pull up its really hard.

I was also planning to do HIIT on Tuesdays and thurs while bodyweight excercises on Mon, Wed, Fri. i do it on a treadmill

Should i do HIIT?? Will i lose Muscle even quicker that way?

My break goes from the 22nd to the 8th, so thats about 2 weeks exactly. And i will be back in the weight room on that day we get back.
Any other suggestions are welcome. Please

Thanks

Do what I am gonna do, go to a gym and ask for a free trial. I did this during last spring semesters spring break and when my gym was closed for two weeks in august.

My city is smalle and we have 3 good weight places, and they are expensive and they do give free trials but i dont think for 2 weeks they will give one. I will try to call them.

My friends house is a choice but he isnt as dedicated as I am to lifting. He might do it one day and not another day. So if he wants to do it one day I will join him, that would be great.

Even if none of these worked out, what other suggestion for excercises can i do?

Worst case scenario, if you can't get to a gym... it sounds like you have a decent idea of doing body weight exercises and some cardio. If you keep your diet in line, you should be able to maintain your gains...

Ya i live in a University suburb City, the univeristy is ORegon State University. ANd there are 2 big gyms here, one is for University people which my dad can use but has to pay and they dont give free trials. And the other is called Timberhill Athletic CLub, and they do give 1 week free trial but you have to be over 18 yrs old and i am 16 yrs old.

So i think im going to have to stick with body weight excercises. And as for diet I am going to eat no junk food or close to none, like i have been for the past 2 weeks. I am only going to eat good carbs and proteins.

Should i be doing HIIT? or no running at all?
Thanks
