160s!!!!!!

I've finally hit the 160's & i'm never ever EVER touching 170 again!!!
To celebrate, i'm wearing a dress that i bought months ago as a motivation & hadn't touched.
I bravely pulled it out of the closet & tried it on. & guess what-IT FIT!!!

(albeit a lil snugly-but what the heck- i didn't have to struggle into it!!!!)
Next goal-165 lbs!

5.30 am- 35 0z of warm water
6.30 am- few almonds with raisins
7.30 am - coffee with milk & sugar substitute
8.30 - B/F - steamed rice dumplings with coconut & peanut chutney(not do good-but not bad either)
10.30 - 18oz of buttermilk ( made with 3 tbl spns of yogurt salt & water & chilled)
12.45 pm - lunch - 2 rotis , salad of carrots & tomatoes, mixed veg curry.
3.00 pm - tea with milk & sugar substitute
5.30 pm - 1 apple
7.45 - 1 roti + salad + spinach & lentil curry.
had about 5 lts/175 ozs of water throughout the day.
All in all not too bad
went to the gym 4pm-5pm- Day 1 cardio
5 mts - warm up on tread mill
2 mts - streches - full body-all major muscles
10 mts - floor exercises for abs, calfs, thigh & back
15 mts on the elliptical at level 5 keeping the RPM between 50 to 60
5 mts - worked on the arms at level 5. RPM - 40-50
25 mts on the cycle- level 9. RPM - 55-65
All in all a productive day!!!
