will these help lose my belly

hi i have been doing 16.1km(10 miles) on my excercise bike,150 sit ups,i run up and down the house stairs 60 times and do the bar lifts from my belly to my chest,i do this 5 times a week,the question i have is this enough to both get rid of the belly and get fit i weigh 14st7lb but i am not losing any weight but not putting on weight just wanting a bit of advice regarding this thanks in advance.
 
Well I am by no means an expert I this but I too have the same problem as you so I can pass on the advice and information I've been given

First of all you can't loss weight/fat off a particular part of your body, its pretty well impossible. Secondly if you wants abs, I've been told several times that abs are made in the kitchen, not doing sit-ups. Sure you'll make your abs stronger and bigger, but you'll still have a layer of fat over them. So it could be something to do with your diet maybe?
 
Apart from your usual exercise take up weight lifting. They help burn fat fast. Exercise your biggest muscle groups such as chest, thighs, etc. The fats around our belly is the body's way of preserving energy and will use them as a last resort. So don't give up with your exercise and eat right. Consume as little carbs as your body need so that your body will burn fats faster during exercises. Oh just for your knowledge we are on the same page. So good luck to the both of us
 
Hey so I'm no expert but I have done a fair bit or research into this.
First I think you should do a more intense workout, from what I have read a through my own workouts a shorter, more intense workout will burn more fat over time because it boots your metabolism. This is my cardio workout feel free to try it or make your own:
5 min jog for warm up
jump rope - 60sec
Mountain climbers - 60sec
Boxing bag - 60sec (just hit it hard and fast! lol)
Box jumps - 60sec
Knee high sprints - sec
I ussualy get 20sec rest between exercises as I set up for the next one but try and do it with as little rest. Once a round is finished repeat it after 1-2min rest do it as many times as you can I do it 3 times at the moment, my best time for it is 29:30 mins

also to burn fat you need to eat a calorie deficit which means you burn more calories than you consume its pretty simple to work out a deficit just find how many calories you need each day to maintain your current weight (theres sure to be a calcuator for it on this forum or just google it) than subtract as many calories as you think will be suitable for your goals.

I dont agree with the carbs comment above (I'm no expert and I don't mean to undermind you, you may know more than me) but the way I see it you need the carbs for energy and as long as your eating a deficit it doesnt matter about carbs, in fact they are important just make sure your eating the right carbs at the right time reduce the amount of simple carbs your eat, ie. sugar!
anyway thats just my view lol
 
You shouldn't be doing the same type of workout every single day. When you work out any part of the body, you need to give your muscles at least 24-48 hours to recover. I know you're going for fat loss and not for muscle gain, but you still need working muscle to do so.
 
Before you begin your quest to loose the pounds from the belly, you should do a colon cleanse to remove the toxins and excess from your stomach. Then follow that up with an intense, every day ab work out. The next thing you need to watch is your diet. Eat regularly but eat small portions. Get a protein shake mix (GNC is a great source) and drink this as much as possible when you feel hungry. It will fill you up and you wont have to worry about extra fat. If you're going to do ABS, don't do the AB work out I see most people do, lying your back. Stand up and lift your legs up to your stomach.

Here's how:

1) Lift your left leg up as if you want your knee to touch your stomach, while at the same time bring your upper body down to meet your knee, while breathing out. This is important. You MUST breathe OUT while crunching.

2) Bring your foot down, while breathing in.

3) Do this for 10 reps on this one leg.

4) Repeat procedure above for the right leg.

5) Repeat this every morning as part of your regular workout.

The reason I say "every morning" is because I know some people have to hit the road to work. If this is the case with you, and you can only spare 10 min each morning, this will go along way, provided you do it every day.

Colon cleansing is a scam and can be dangerous. Please don't pass out bad advice that could harm someone. Working your abs every day is a bad idea as well. As is shopping at GNC. Three strikes...you're OUT!!
 
I think you need a good diet.Without the diet one person cannot get its desire progress.In this sense it need to use the food which having less calories.Green vegetables are the effective one for curing the belly.
