will protein shakes help with weight lose if so let me know

ok so im 16 and just over 16 stond and just under 6ft i really want to lose some weight as i have big man boobs and want to turn them into pecks and i cant find label clothes in my size so i really want to lose weight now and very up for anything i am going to start by running in the morning then go college come home then do some weight lifting and i play table tennis in the evening which you might think is not that good for a cardio but i sweat like a pig lol so can you help and i have a few questions please help.
1)should i drink protein shake for what im doing will it help and if so what one and how often and when?
2)is there any food that help with burning fat and what are they?
3)is there certain exercise that helps burn fat really well ?
