Will it be ok to do machine tricep,skull crusher and other two more tricep exercises

Will it be ok to do machine tricep,skull crusher and other two more tricep exercises on the same day if I can? Full body workout. Mday,Weday,Fday. Also is it ok to do incline barbell bench press,flat barbell bench,decline dumbbell press and add more on the same day if it is ok.

Overtraining is very easy to do and totally wastes the whole effort of training.
Look seriously at how much you are hitting each muscle group on a single day or before it is fully recovered, every time you do this you are unndoing some potential good.
For the record I do this every week and know it. I won't change and know the stupidity of this too, but I train for the love of it as much as anything else, basically I am crazy.
Best results use the system, hit it hard, hit it fast, leave it alone.
