Hey everyonei starteda new diet recently and lost8 pounds the first week but nothing this week and I'm wondering if anyone thinks it will continue to work or theirsa reasoni stopped and is it healthy?
I have2 scoops of muscle milk protein powder with unsweetened almond milk for breakfast
I usea magic bullet for lunch I mix together two cups of Kale two scoops of spinach one cup of parsley and cilantro a cup of strawberries and one fourth cup of blue berries
For dinner I have half a turkey sandwich with avacado I also eat a 100 calorie pack of almonds Between lunch and dinner
So is this a healthy diet?
