I play softball/soccer, but mostly softball right now (trying out for the college team) and I need to become a faster sprinter to the ball going back for it and going forward to get it before touching the ground, and also sprinting around the bases to be safe.
I just want to know that if I start the program if it will really help me with it? I found a url to use for the program from someone in another thread with the beginner level for a few weeks, then intermediate, then advance.
