Will cardio in the morning interfere with weights training after work?

As of now, I do 30 mins of fasted cardio(jogging) every morning @ around 7:30AM 5 days/week... sometimes 6, even 7 if I feel energetic. On weekdays I get off work and go to the gym around 6:30-7:00PM for 30-60 mins to do weights about 3-4 times/week. I know cardio should be done after lifting but in this scenario, does the morning jog severely affect my afterwork workout?

I'm primarily trying to lose weight/burn fat but since I'm paying 74/month for a gym membership, I may as well make use of it and work on my muscles as well. And lets not get into the fasted cardio debate, I'm just doing it cuz I can't run after eating, it's more of a preference.

No, your morning cardio session will not intefere with your evening weight training session. Just be sure to eat at least 3-4 meals before your weight training session.

I'm no expert but that sounds ok to me.

Not to hijack the thread but i guess to save some bandwidth i have a quick question.

I'm planning to layout my exercise like this:
Monday - Weights
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Weights
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Weights
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Cardio

and so on.

Does this sound fine? Or should i go twice a day to get both cardio and weights in the same day and maybe rest 2 days?

As long as your goal isn't to pack on lean muscle mass, and as LV says, you're eating enough to support that much activity, then no its not a big issue. I would suggest a day off from running though. do something else on sunday...play tennis...or just relax.
