I have already done the reading about anabolic and catabolic. I understand that, I have looked all over google for an answer to my quesiton, but have been able to find one. Here is my situaiton I am 6'1" 138 and I am trying to get to about 160-165 with very low body fat. The problem is is that I am a hard gainer, so what would be the best way to approach this goal?
Do cardio and stop weight gain outright?
or
Gain weight and then cut? If I do this how much weight should I get up to and cut?
