ASo I had gone from 125 to 123 to 127 in the last fee weeks..(menstrual cycle part, wings and burgers part of the equation).. I decided to challenge myself with 3 weeks of no junk food or cheat meals and no alcohol and gym 5 days a week. Im on day 8 and weigh 122!. I.did however just eat wings amd fries but since im working out later its ok. I feel great! Pics to come!
