I think I have a weak build. I usually always hurt myself oneway or another usually in my back but it's happened in my neck before. Right now I think I pulled both of my hamstrings (the one on the right more severely) Doing cleans. Also, I've hurt my back like this before in normal football where we were simply like running. Right now my back is hurting like hell whenever I try to do squats or something. I think I'm just weak, 117.5 lbs 5"7 of bone
(also cant gain weight becuase its like impossible for me to gain weight)
Also, I'm only 14, but a few days ago my heart was starting to hurt and same with my chest (I think its from 2 years of PURE fastfood [lunch, dinner]) I cant cut this habbit.
I truly think If I was to gain like 25 pounds, I'd be a semi power-house, what do you think?
