Ive been going to the gym now for about 3 weeks and have and exercise bike at home that i use for 20 mins a day (cant do more because of other things to do). Well my muscle genes are well good, i have great arms now that are getting big, also shoulders are getting bigger. Nothing on chest yet because i need to lose a bit of weight off them
. I started eating really well, eat lots of chicken, tons of salad and ofc veggies, no snacks (breakthrough for me
). But the thing is i just cant lose weight i know someone will say because im putting on muscles mass but its not that, i don't notice any difference in size in my figure at all the main part of me thats annoying is that i have a flabby chest
. Do i need to go on the bike for longer a day and need to increase overall exercise?
